Volunteer and Internships

We need your help at LA Film + Music Weekend! Your volunteer support in assisting our team will ensure a spectacular event as well as give you invaluable experience. We are looking for dedicated volunteers to help during the event weekend, as well as to help with pre-event production and post-event management.

Some benefits of volunteering include standby screening passes for yourself and a guest, access to seminars with industry professionals, as well as VIP events and mixers.

Event Volunteers

• 2 day commitment during the event weekend
• Attend mandatory volunteer orientation and training
• Assist with event details, logistics and operations as necessary
  throughout the weekend

-Volunteers must be reachable by telephone and email
-Volunteers are responsible for their own transportation and lodging
-Benefits include one paid meal per day, standby pass for yourself and a guest to a full day of programming, and access to VIP events.

Pre-Production Interns

Our Pre-Production Interns will be telecommuting from home, assisting with pre-event production and sponsorship sales.  We are seeking interns who are comfortable making calls, making introductions, and representing the festival.

• Minimum 2 days per week commitment until the festival
• Attend mandatory volunteer orientation and training
• Assist with event details, logistics and operations as necessary leading up to event

-Interns must be reachable by telephone and email
-Interns must have a computer and internet access
-Interns are responsible for their own transportation to regular meetings

We are willing to work with you regarding school credit if so desired, and we're also more than happy to provide you with a letter of recommendation at the end of the festival.
